Top Coach - FIRST Year Re-Cap!

Look what showed up on my doorstep yesterday.

#woa. 

This is SO crazy BECAUSE... I remember seeing OTHER people get these CRAZY flowers with words stamped on the petals... and I remember thinking to myself... I WANT THOSE!! 

This is a post for all of you CONSIDERING becoming a coach AND for those of you who are coaches but aren't really sure what you are going to accomplish.

Hear me out.

YESTERDAY was my ONE YEAR mark of being a coach. I signed up as a coach on January 14th, 2013. {Happy Anniversary self}. At first I signed up to keep myself accountable & for a discount - then I saw the BRILLIANT business model & I knew THIS was the solution for FREEDOM for my family.

I made it.

I made it to the ONE YEAR mark.

What would've happened if I QUIT when things got tough, or I heard a lot of NO's, or a lot of people MISUNDERSTOOD what my intentions were? What if I just QUIT? I would never have seen the PAY OFF that 1 year can make.

1 year.

My INSANE team MADE IT! My amazing team allowed me to finish 2013 as #29 out of 144,000 coaches... with just 11 months in the business. There is nothing crazy special about me... IT CAN BE DONE if you DECIDE to do it & #NEVERGIVEUP.

There isn't one single post that could summarize with enough detail just HOW much Beachbody Coaching has changed my life. I knew that I was made for investing in others... and Beachbody IS that vehicle for me.

I've been asked a lot how I did what I did in such a short period of time. So here it is... the recipe for success as a coach:

• Do what you are asking others to do.
• Care about the PERSON not the SALE. 
• Invest in others & SEEK ways to serve them. 
• Be willing to be vulnerable/look weird. 
• Be willing to SHARE your story & invite others to come along WITH you.
• Be honest when you aren't perfect - it HELPS people!
• Put your TEAM first!

We have never been so HAPPY to be on this journey. I am so excited for the new group of coaches who have joined our team just THIS week. We want people to join us who want something MORE for themselves... for their families! They want confidence in their physical bodies and FREEDOM in their finances. AND THAT IS WHAT WE ARE DOING!
