I gotta tell you about this...

I have been avoiding this!

I'm human & I RESIST new things!!

My body has spoken!! I was just as shocked as you are about to be.... I gained NO weight after the cruise. But I truly could care less about the scale. I used to be OBSESSED with the 3 digit number. It defined my day and it often times determined how I "spoke" to myself 

Not anymore. But... the scale is close to meaningless at this point in my life. I've eaten much MORE than I should these last 3 weeks. I've eaten much LESS whole foods.... much MORE processed foods.


I'm tired.
