Push the RESET button with me!

Relaxed Sunday Readers....

I gotta tell you about this...

I have been avoiding this!

I'm human & I RESIST new things!!

My body has spoken!! I was just as shocked as you are about to be.... I gained NO weight after the cruise. But I truly could care less about the scale. I used to be OBSESSED with the 3 digit number. It defined my day and it often times determined how I "spoke" to myself

Not anymore. But... the scale is close to meaningless at this point in my life. I've eaten much MORE than I should these last 3 weeks. I've eaten much LESS whole foods.... much MORE processed foods.

I'm tired.
I'm craving pancakes ---- errrryday.
I'm less confident.
I'm not sleeping as well as I used to.

So... while the ULTIMATE RESET is still lowered in price -- I ordered that bad boy!

I am a NEWBIE here and am only looking for 5 people to join me in this journey. We will do it together!

I'll be sharing my experience for those of you who are too chicken to try it with me now ;) .... I'll be BLOGGING & VLOGGING on YouTube.

Clean Eating: “Samoa” Bars

If you are like me.... you are ALWAYS on the hunt for clean, healthier versions of some of your favs.

I mean.. is there ANY competition for Samoas? I think not!

You can send me a little thank you note later ;)

Clean Eating: “Samoa” Bars

Ingredients:
1/2 c Peanut Butter, creamy

1/2 c Honey
1/4 c Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
1/4 c Cocoa
1 1/2 c Rolled Oats
1/2 c Shredded Coconut, unsweetened

Directions:
In a medium sized pot, melt peanut butter, honey and coconut oil, stirring until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, flaxseed and cocoa until smooth. Stir in oats and coconut until well mixed.
Line a glass dish with foil. (I used a 7x11 (2 quart) pyrex dish.) Pour mixture in and press gently. Place in the refrigerator until hardened, about 2 hours. Cut into bars or squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge. (If you double the recipe, it fits perfectly into a 9x13 pan.)

Options:
Below I sprinkled some large flaked coconut and a few chocolate chips in the foil lined pan and poured the mixture on top of it. When it was hardened, I flipped it over before cutting into bars.

Thank you Stilettos&Diapers

Let me know if you try them out!!

Brittany

Day 1 of FEBRUARY Challenge Group!

Here we GO!

Day One of my February Challenge Group!

We are doing the 21 Day FIX. BUT.... because of crazy weather... my program won't be here until Wednesday.

So... I had 2 choices.

1. Use that as an excuse to eat a lot of pizza and M&M's until Wednesday.

OR...

2. Get started anyway. SO... I am getting started any way!

Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites, 1/3 cup Oats with Stevia & Cinnamon ... and black COFFEE + H20.

YUM! {really... it was good}

------> 5 more meals to go!

Workout: I am going to do this REP workout that I found on Pinterest with my challengers.

Do it with us!

I am ALSO going to do PlyoFIX tonight. :) Beachbody sent me that workout as a SNEAK PEEK for being an Elite coach. COMING IN HANDY!

As a coach... I do NOT have a perfect body. I don't have ideal measurements, & I am not PHOTO READY (so to speak) all the time. I am ALWAYS moving forward to try to make progress. I'm human!

So today was DAY ONE for me too.... including BEFORE pictures & measurements.

SO MANY WOMEN rely on the scale to show them progress. I learned NOT to do this. There are so many articles you can GOOGLE to tell you WHY the scale is not the best way to track your progress.

For me, I was a SLAVE to the scale. If the number didn't go down, I was really disappointed in myself & critical. I've learned to use the scale as 1/3 of my check-in system.

My 2 MOST IMPORTANT progress markers are pictures & measurements. I do a WEEKLY picture and take my measurements every 2 weeks.

I am committed to sharing my progress here with you. My goal is a WEEKLY recap with progress pictures. Accountability is the BEST way to stay on track. THAT is why I am doing "THIS" right along with the women in my online challenge group! Thankful for their support!

If you want to join me in an online challenge group ------ FILL THIS OUT!  I host a NEW group EVERY single month!

My COACHES join me and learn the ropes too! They also get a 25% discount on all their Beachbody products. {YES!}

My goals for the next 21 days:

  • LEANER VERSION OF ME!
  • More DISCIPLINED version of ME!
  • PORTION control.
  • Celebrate SMALL victories.
  • Help other women see that THEY can do the same!

Stay tuned! I WILL share it all!

xo,
Brittany

21 day FIX crazy-talk!

Oh gosh! Here is the crazy news.

Just a quick update...

Remember that brand new fitness program I've been drooling over... well because of the incredible demand for the 21 Day Fix, even the Challenge Packs will be on pre-order at this point.

They literally sold in EIGHT hours what they expected for the WEEK on Monday. There may be some exceptions to the PRE-ORDER rule for those that order today for only slight delays (next week ship) but you have to ACT like right now....

This means that my February 10th groups are officially closed to those that will receive their products by next week. I will be providing you with a specific meal plan and fun workout to HOLD us over until our LIQUID GOLD gets here. I will be announcing March groups as soon as I have a clearer picture on the ship dates of the pre-orders.

HAPPY FRIDAY! And... I just have to say it.... It is PRETTY awesome to be a COACH these days!

Answering some emails and taking a half day today!! Be back on later this afternoon  Our team is working HARD to HELP people!

So excited for all the NEW coaches who joined our team last night! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

So happy for you Autumn!!

xoxo,
Brittany

FRIENDS who workout.

Isn't it SO MUCH fun to have FRIENDS join you in whatever you are doing?

Shopping. Movies. Painting. Vacationing.

----------------------------> WORKING OUT!

Now... let's be real.

Who has TIME to get together with all their friends to workout 5 days a week?

I DO!

Because my friends get together ONLINE and support each other!!

I met these girls here because of a ONLINE Challenge Group I was a part of.

>> IT CHANGED MY LIFE.

How does it work?

Easy...

We all do a HOME workout.
We drink our healthy meal replacement.
We prepare CLEAN meals for the week.
We check in to the PRIVATE online group once a day & share...

>> IDEAS  >> STRUGGLES  >> SUCCESSES

It is so much fun to have the encouragement and support of my friends who are on the SAME journey as I am! They have unique suggestions that help me when I reach an obstacle.

We reach our GOALS TOGETHER and that creates SUCH a strong bond ---> and we are forever friends now!!

We are all coaches now (girls in the picture) because we each had such great fitness results that we wanted to pass it on to other women, and help other women feel the LOVE and support that we experienced!!!

And so.... MONTHLY ONLINE CHALLENGE GROUPS continue!!

If you are interested in some AWESOME girl-friend support... message me soon!! I am SO passionate about helping other women find confidence and HAPPINESS in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

If you are ready to join my next Online Challenge Group go ahead and fill out the application!

I am looking forward to ALL the women who CONQUER some serious fears and discontent this year!!!

 Looking forward to meeting you!!

xoxo,
Brittany

Start Your Journey To A Healthier YOU!

Of COURSE you don't need to be ripped or skinny in order to be happy.

But... Speaking from personal experience, being unhappy with your body & uncomfortable in your own skin can start to affect more than just you and your closet.

That discontent spills over into other parts of your life...

  • Your confidence
  • Your social life
  • Maybe some of your relationships

....just to share a few from my experience!

I've worked hard in 2013 to develop healthy habits that I can maintain. I'm far from perfect. But perfection was never my goal. I want to live - eat pizza, candy, eat out...etc.

But... I don't want to be a slave to my poor body image.

So, with many many slip ups I have found balance & confidence. I'm proud of my hard work & comfortable in my own skin.

I wish that for every woman.

God designed us and made us in His perfect image. I'm done messing that up

I hope you'll consider starting a journey like I did this coming new year. You will have to practice some self discipline - but the reward far outweighs the sacrifice!

Make a decision & get healthier! If I can help you with that - just message me! It's what I LOVE to do!
